Chevrolet Spark EV electric-powered cars will be present in 2013

Concept Cars: U.S. car manufacturers Chevrolet announced it would produce Spark EV by electricity.

This electric car called 2013 Chevrolet Spark EV, and the plan will be produced in limited quantities. Initial production will be released in some parts of the United States and several other markets starting from 2013.

Meanwhile, the capacity of the powertrain is still not revealed. But, the car will use lithium-ion batteries are the devices provided by the Michigan-based A123 Systems.

Chevrolet Spark EV offers to customers who live in urban areas with a pattern of driving on a short jam, said Jim Federico, chief engineer for the global electric vehicle Chevrolet.

It complements the various variants of the Chevrolet that uses electricity, including the Volt extended-range EV and Eco 2013 Malibu with eAssist technology, continued Federico as reported by autoevolution on Friday October 14, 2011.

2013 Chevrolet Spark EV entered in plan in providing options to consumers with different electrification solutions, to suit the lifestyle needs as well as transportation around the world.
