Audi Urban Concept will be produced in 2013

Concept Cars: Audi Car manufacturer have exhibit a concept cars at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2011 in mid-September. The car is called the Audi Urban Concept, compact and very futuristic car.

As reported by caradvice on Friday November 4, 2011. Car magazine that gets exclusive access to test drive pre-production reveals new Audi Urban Concept will enter production phase in 2013. But overall, the production model will not be the same as the concept model.

Pushroad racing suspension model installed in the model concept be uninstalled. In its place will be creating a new holder for conventional suspension. Similarly, the inside of the cabin are made more conventional.

Urban Concept is built on the philosophy "Less is More" which focused on three main areas namely lightweight construction, efficiency and reduction. For its construction, Audi still using aluminum and carbon fiber, only made more rigid and stronger as a whole.

 To spur heart will use an electric motor sourced from 7.1 kwh batteries that is distributed both electric motor. Claimed maximum power generated reaches 15 kw. Furthermore, Car magazine reveals to enter the production stage, just waiting for the Audi Urban Concept green light from the central office.
